前年體重高達135公斤的一位男大學生翁碩亨,為了追求只有48公斤的心儀對象,一年甩
掉55公斤,成功擄獲芳心!甩肉的方式除了早餐吃得飽、午餐多蔬果、不吃晚餐、多喝水
,還有每天跑步3公里,不過醫師卻認為,體重太重的人,初期不適合跑步,反而傷害膝
蓋。
身高180公分,翁碩亨今年大一,跑步不是熱愛運動,是為了甩肉,前年11月,他是這個
模樣,白白胖胖的臉蛋,厚實身材,體重有135公斤,花了1年時間,用力甩掉55公斤,為
的就是追女朋友。減重成功者翁碩亨:「想到這樣子的一個女生,會讓你很心動,想說去
試看看,繼續努力看看。」
拿出以前的褲子一比,成效看得到,翁碩亨的甩肉法,除了多喝水,3餐則是早餐吃飽飽
,午餐多吃蔬果,只要過了下午2點,就開始禁食,不吃晚餐、宵夜,而且每天跑上3公里
,無論晴天或是下雨。
減重成功者翁碩亨:「放學之後,但是如果白天狀況OK的話,我還會加跑,(一度)腳的肌
腱發炎,就吃止痛藥。」
不過運動減肥也要適當,醫師就說,像碩亨破百公斤的體重,卻大量跑步來減重,反而會
傷到膝蓋或腳底筋膜,至於過午不食,控制熱量,也要注意腸胃是否出狀況,否則小心減
出反效果,對於碩亨來說,甩肉的最大動力,恐怕還是心愛的女朋友。
